Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Appointments are subject to practitioner availability. For therapy and other professional services, the recipient must complete the appropriate intake and consent forms before their first appointment. A gift-card purchase does not guarantee that a particular practitioner or service will be clinically appropriate for the recipient.
