I am a dedicated wellness and recovery coach, registered nurse, and certified yoga instructor with over 20 years of experience supporting people on their path to healing. Drawing on my clinical background in recovery care and my deep training in yoga, mindfulness, and evidence-based therapeutic tools, I help clients reconnect with their bodies, regulate their nervous systems, and build lasting emotional resilience. My warm, integrative approach creates a safe space where you can slow down, breathe, and begin to feel whole again.
