Agathe's Story
I am a drama therapist specialized in supporting clients through trauma (including acute, complex, childhood, vicarious, systemic, intergenerational, and community trauma). I believe that building a therapeutic space based on trust, depth, sensitivity and room for play in reflection is essential to address trauma as a deeply subjective and personal experience.
I begin each therapeutic journey with a comprehensive evaluation to ensure that the support is tailored to meet each individual's unique needs. I then work with the client to co-create a safer, non-judgmental, collaborative, strengthening space.
Approach
I aim to create a safer and empowering environment for my clients. I employ a trauma-informed, integrative, systemic, humanistic and client-centered approach.
