 What to Expect:

🧘‍♀️ 10:30 – 11:30 AM: Yoga  for Nervous System Support
Ease into your day with a calming fusion of yoga and Pilates, focusing on nervous system regulation, breathwork, core stability, and gentle strength. Suitable for all levels, this session is designed to ground your body and mind while boosting resilience.

☕ 11:30 AM: Light Refreshments & Community Connection
Enjoy a mindful break with nourishing light refreshments. Take this time to connect with others, reflect, and unwind in a supportive and welcoming space.

🥗 12:00 – 1:00 PM: Nutrition for Everyday Wellness Workshop
Wrap up your morning with an engaging nutrition workshop led by a qualified expert. Learn practical tips for balanced eating, simple meal planning, and how to fuel your body for energy, mood, and long-term health. You’ll walk away with knowledge you can apply right away.

Led by a certified sound healing practitioner, you’ll experience the power of sound through a mix of:
