She combines the principles of naturopathy, bioenergetic medicine, functional nutrition, subconscious emotional work, and sound healing to facilitate deep, lasting transformation for her clients.

I’m Courtney, a Registered Dietitian and PhD Candidate in Human Nutrition at McGill University. With a strong background in Nutritional Sciences I provide compassionate, client-centered care for individuals of all ages. I specialize in disordered eating, digestive health, and chronic conditions like diabetes and heart disease, tailoring my support to meet each unique needs.
