Lea's Story
I am a compassionate and dedicated social worker with a Master’s in Social Work and a Bachelor’s in Psychology. I believe that “every human life is inherently valuable” and is committed to creating a safe, supportive space where you can feel heard, respected, and empowered to thrive.
Approach
My approach is profoundly person-centered, prioritizing each individual’s unique needs and experiences. With a strong commitment to reducing stigma, I empower individuals to reclaim their voice and embrace their intrinsic worth. Through my non-judgmental and empathetic therapeutic style, I create a safe and respectful space for healing. Drawing from evidence-based techniques such as trauma-informed therapy, narrative therapy, strengths-based therapy, humanistic therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), I personalize my methods to support your journey.
