We'll begin with a gentle guided breathing practice to help calm the mind, release tension, and prepare you for a mindful experience.

You'll learn practical breathing techniques that you can continue using in your daily life.

🚶 Mindful Nature Walk

Enjoy a slow, guided walk through one of Montreal's beautiful parks.

Throughout the experience, we'll pause for mindfulness exercises, reflection prompts, and moments of quiet awareness.

There is no pressure to perform or keep pace. Simply walk. Simply breathe.
