Marina's Story
I am an empathetic and skilled art therapist dedicated to supporting individuals through anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, burnout, and life transitions. I also specialize in fostering self-esteem, navigating loss and grief, and guiding you through identity exploration and self-discovery.
My Approach
The foundations of my approach are grounded in creativity, mindfulness, self-compassion and curiosity. Through creative processes such as artmaking and writing, I encourage you to unlock deeper insights, access their intuition, and engage with your inner world. No prior art experience is necessary, only a willingness to explore and trust the process. I can facilitate emotional processing and self-expression through creativity.
