11:30 – 11:45 | Mindful Refreshment Break (15 min)

Emphasis on core engagement, posture, and grounding
Ends with a short body scan or grounding meditation
1:30 – 2:00 | Sound Bath & Closing Reflection (30 min)
Immersive sound bath with crystal bowls, gongs, or chimes
Participants lie down with mats, blankets, and bolsters for deep relaxation
Gentle transition into a 1–2 minute gratitude/closing reflection
Ends with soft music as participants depart feeling restored
