Courtney's Story 

I am a Registered Dietitian with experience providing nutrition care from infancy to older adults. I have a natural curiosity and passion for solving complex health challenges which has led me to pursue a career as both a clinical dietitian and researcher in nutritional sciences. In addition to working individually with clients, I am pursuing a PhD in Human Nutrition at McGill University.

I empower my clients to achieve their health and wellness goals through personalized nutrition counseling, helping them build a sustainable and healthy relationship with food. I recognize the intricate interplay between environment, health conditions, and nutrition, and works collaboratively with clients to navigate these complexities and meet your unique needs. Committed to evidence-based practice, I stay at the forefront of nutrition research and take a compassionate client center approach to my practice.
