Sirah's Story 

I am a compassionate and dedicated social worker with a Master’s in Social Work and a Bachelor’s in Psychology and Social Work. I am deeply committed to supporting children, families, and individuals through life’s challenges, creating a safe and nurturing environment where they feel heard, valued, and empowered.

​I specialize in supporting individuals, children, and families facing trauma, emotional struggles, and life challenges, including abuse, relationship difficulties, and financial hardship. Using evidence-based therapies like CBT, Solution-Focused, Humanistic, and Emotion-Focused Therapy, I provide compassionate care to help clients heal, build self-awareness, and achieve meaningful change.

  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) for identifying and challenging negative thought patterns and behaviors that contribute to emotional distress, anxiety and depression

  • Solution-Focused Therapy to identify and resolve specific challenges and achieve tangible goals.

  • Humanistic approaches helping with self-exploration and self-awareness, encouraging to reflect on your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, helping you develop a deeper understanding of your true self.

  • Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT) helping couples and individuals understand, express, and regulate their emotions enhancing emotional awareness, improving communication, and resolving underlying emotional issues.​
