I am a dedicated and compassionate psychologist with over 15 years of experience providing individual, couple, and family therapy services. Specializing in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), I help clients navigate various challenges, including anxiety, depression, career transitions, and marital distress. My empathetic approach and deep understanding human emotions allow me to be a valuable guide on your journey toward emotional well-being and relational harmony.

I tailor my therapeutic approach to meet the unique needs of each client, drawing from diverse range of modalities.  With specialized training in EFT, I effectively address emotional and relational issues, while also incorporating somatic and attachment-based approaches to deepen the healing process.   • M.A. in Counselling Psychology from McGill University

  •  B.Sc. in Psychology with a Clinical Psychology track, University of Tirana, Albania
