Carolanne's Story

As a dedicated and compassionate social worker, I offer services tailored to support clients as they navigate a variety of challenges. Whether you are grappling with anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, behavioral concerns, relationship difficulties, or communication issues, I am here to guide you on your journey towards healing. My approach fosters a nurturing and supportive environment where you can feel safe to explore your thoughts and emotions. Together, we will work towards understanding your experiences and empowering you to overcome obstacles, enabling you to lead a more fulfilling life.

Therapeutic Approach

I have a client-centered approach to therapy, drawing from evidence-based modalities to support each person’s unique needs. I often use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help manage anxiety and depression, and Solution-Focused Therapy to guide clients toward achievable, meaningful goals. My work is also grounded in humanistic principles which means I prioritize your lived experience and create a space where you feel seen, heard, and respected. Whether you're navigating grief, trauma, or working to improve relationships and communication, I tailor each session to meet you where you are—with compassion, collaboration, and care.
