About Lea

Lea is a compassionate and dedicated social worker (qualifying) with a Master’s in Social Work and a Bachelor’s in Psychology. She believes that “every human life is inherently valuable” and is committed to creating a safe, supportive space where individuals feel heard, respected, and empowered to thrive.

Lea’s approach is profoundly person-centered, prioritizing each individual’s unique needs and experiences. With a strong commitment to reducing stigma, she empowers individuals to reclaim their voice and embrace their intrinsic worth. Through her non-judgmental and empathetic therapeutic style, Lea creates a safe and respectful space for healing. Drawing from evidence-based techniques such as trauma-informed therapy, narrative therapy, strengths-based therapy, humanistic therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), she personalizes her methods to support each individual’s journey effectively.

Qualifications

Lea holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a Master’s degree in Social Work.

Lea is currently working under the guidance of Nadja Grabovari, MA, psychologist. Receipts will be issued in her name and will bear her supervisor's signature.
